    Spos a great coach.But It’s ridiculous to struggle this bad on offense game after game, season after season. This grind it out kinda offense needs to change. Wes is throwing the injury excuse out there, they might have less injuries if they didn’t to win games via a rock fight every night

    This team does “not have enough” they have no one that can score 30”35 points a game like Embid, Branson,Jokic, , Luca, James, Davis etc. a good night for a Heat scorer is 22 to 26 points …..Spo did not have a great season with reviews and poorly called timeouts

    General manager and coaching is to #blame , the players went to 2 finals appearances in 5 years while getting outrebounded and playing small ball out of position and every off season they never addressed it.

    Greatest coach in the nba Spo 44,40,53👍,44 win seasons in the past 4yrs and 44-46wins this season. The heat have the same problems year after year. There's too many to go through but if your a heat fan you know. And there never fixed.All the heat podcasts I hear sounds like a repeat of the year before like a broken record. And they blame everybody else but Spo. The fo and the coach are supposed to fix the problems you have every year. And the deep playoff runs have been because of jimmy until he gets hurt. And one of these undrafted player who play above there level that Spo gets credit for. Gabe Vincent scores 40 you youtube guys say how does Spo do it.

    Spo had Lebron,wade,Bosh and went to 4 straight finals👍 and won 2 championships and in reality it should of been 1. That ray Allen shot and Kawhi missing free throws was a miracle. Every year you have less talented teams above them in the standings. He gets more credit for guys like caleb,struss,vincent,duncan etc being able to contribute than fixing this team. That's the coaches and front office job not the team or players. I'm not saying hes a bad coach but he's not doing his job. We blame jimmy,bam herro etc and you can on how they play but it Spos job to fix it. They haven't equipped or run this team properly and they dont make easier on the team. I dont need to see heat culture grit and grind 2 point win against Detroit. Dealing with Jimmy's bullshit during the season I get it but he's bailed out Spo and Riley and inconsistent talented pussy Bam and waiting for herro who hasnt done anything in 3 straight years going on 4 hes been hurt all year. Kyle Lowery of all people has contributed to winning more games in the playoffs than herro

    The only thing that needs to be mentioned is how the dame trade went so totally against miami. It completely shifted the dynamic in the east by strengthening two main opposing teams
