Looking like a proper 3rd pick of the draft. Slow to boil, hope he never cools down. Next year with a hopefully healthier and more consistent roster, not to mention better spacing, the sky is the limit.

He’ll learn how to manage the game. The talent is obviously there and his counting stats are similar to other PGs taken this high at such a young age. Imagine what happens when he gets teammates besides Simons who can actually make 3 pointers at a high volume. 10 assists/game is a realistic goal in a few years for Scoot.
OP should post this on r/NBA if they haven’t already as it shows growth from a player that for some reason isn’t even on the Top Ten of the Kia Rookie Ladder.
If you want to laugh at miserable people, I suggest visiting the ripcitytwo dot com board. It’s mainly a bunch of people who seem to enjoy trashing everything about the team and players they spend significant amounts of time and energy following. They tout themselves the “official” board of the Blazers, too, which makes me wonder if anyone associated with the actual Blazers reads the garbage posted there.
