Are we supposed to believe that every year at the exact same time (after game 60 or so) 80% of Detroit's top 8-10 nightly rotation gets hurt? or is this all orchestrated by management?

As down as people are on JD I feel if Gafford can be as valuable to the mavs as an old school center JD can be the same. Cade doesn't need him to be this that and the other. Why are fans and even beat wrighters thinking he can't help a team compete as he is? If anything we have a 1,2 punch with Cade and Duren. Idk. I wish JD would progress on defense but his value to the team and cade is not measurable. Cade can't play his game with out Duren. Right?

Maybe somebody can explain why our rocket-scientist of a coach decided early on in the season that after missing the entire previous season with a knee injury Cade should become some kind of iron-man with the highest minutes count on the entire team game after game? At the time I just kept thinking – wtf is Monty doing? If anything Cade should be on minutes restrictions. Instead Monty gave him high minutes every game like it was game 7 of a playoff series. Please get Monty out of town ASAP!
