It was better to lose, but I don’t really care. There is no incredible talent we are trying to get in the draft and it was fun to watch JT Thor and NSJ cook.
We deserved to see a lot more of Thor and NSJ after the deadline, it really is sad.

I rlly don’t care about the 2.3% worse lottery odds, this draft is dogshit anyway. A win is a win especially when Leaky is great

In case you’re confused on what just happened. The Cavs threw this game to avoid Philly and Miami in the first round. If you need proof of this, just look at who they closed the game out with.

Hornets have moved up in lottery two out of last 4 times to get Lamelo and Miller. This draft 1 maybe just as good as 6 or 7. Legit that wide open.

We really went ahead and won to worsen our draft odds. People saying it doesn’t matter are coping. It’s better to pick higher no matter what. Trade leverage, more prospects available to choose from etc etc. lower position means we have less options as a team that needs all the help it can get. Tossing that slight difference away for some gleague bros to feel good about a win is disappointing.
