The Chicago Bulls battled the New York Knicks in Madison Square Garden, Sunday afternoon in the final game of the regular season.
The Bulls, who will face the Atlanta Hawks in the play-in tournament, came into this game looking for a win, playing almost all of their starters significant minutes. DeMar DeRozan had 27 points, Nikola Vucevic had 29, and Coby White added 24. Jalen Brunson had the hot hand for the Knicks, scoring 40 points and leading the Knicks to a big win.

It's crazy not to play at least Sanogo!I hope that Billy Donovan is not planning on playing Green at power forward or center! That's why it would have made sense to play Sanogo the whole game! It's the end of the season and hindsight is 20/20 so here it goes…The AKME era is worse than the Gar/Pax era. AKME blew all of the Bulls future draft capital in 2021. And with a weak 2024 draft class this is the one yr that it sucks to be in the draft lottery. This sub .500 season falls on AKME's hands. It's bad enough the Bulls won't be able to build through the draft for the next 2 yrs, but they are stuck with this meh salary capped roster for another 3 yrs. At least in the Gar/Pax era there was always hope, and Gar Forman did make more good draft choices than bad.

It seems that the Bulls team is like a bait and switch team. They are good enough to make every team have to play hard to beat. No killer Instinct. They supposed to fire the coach, to prove the point, we care! They don't. Or get new players, they don't. Or draft good players, they don't. So, like the White Sox, look for things to get worse, before they get better.
