I had this injury as an athlete and I was back to a 4.4 40 5 weeks after surgery. However, I'm 6'2 185 lbs. He is almost a foot taller and 100 lbs heavier. I think it's too much weight on a knee that probably takes longer to heal than my knee. Plus, I was very athletic back then, but i wasn't running up and down the court for 30 minutes every other night. But, Let's Go 6ers!
