Y’all talking about a two time champ regular season mvp 4x scoring champ 8th all time in points y’all crazy kd don’t need to change shit he the best player on the team
He has to be willing to take to the basket and get fouls instead of contested fadeaways
Apples and oranges
KD has been more available than anybody else on the team
been carrying the offensive and defensive load all season if u didn't watch..
I wonder what the rotations will be. It has to be Beal-Booker-Allen-KD-Nurkic starting, and Oneale-Gordon-Eubanks? I’d love to see Bol and Young thrown in also. I don’t have high confidence in Eubanks or Gordon at times.
This Suns season is reminiscent of the 2019 Washington Nationals’ season where we were counted out but had a window of opportunity and a handful of veteran players that wanted it. Time to lock in and go 1-0 one game at a time.
Just hope we don’t get game 7 book.
Stop playing Perk he is whack AF.
7:40 2 of the 3 guys you listed as people around the league saying he's not that leader have not even played on the same court as him, much less on his team. The 3rd, Kendrick Perkins, has a job as a hot take artist for ESPN. None of them are going to tell you any real insights on his leadership. Also, both of your ideas of leadership are what fans think leadership is. If you've played a sport, you know that leadership isn't some mythicized story about a hero leading his troops into battle, and especially not when its a millionaire talking to other millionaires. Its setting an example and keep those who are not playing up to the level they can accountable, publicly sometimes but much more often privately. You can have all the leadership in the world, if you aren't one of those best of the best guys you aren't winning a championship. Just look at Chris Paul! I respect the hell out of him, a great leader who did a lot for this team, but he hasn't won a championship.
Other players need to step up
I wanted perk to get a little uncomfortable and score when he played. But he couldnt. Woohoo yea. I want perk to get uncomfortable now and stfu.
KD is just not a vocal leader. Why does everyone insist he has to be?
