What are some people smoking

Butler is right around his recent production…

Prediction: Heat win Eastern Conference before taking home the Finals (and the Seminoles gonna pay me on those bets).

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️, jimmy always turns it up a notch after the all star break and especially mar/apr. not only did he not turn it up a notch, but he arguably played his worst stretch with the heat. no lift and explosiveness are the most worrisome. it’s also very worrying to see smaller players like lowry actually d him up. I trust in 22 but acting like everything’s the same is crazy.

    Hes still productive

It’s just when you zoom in you see things like his %s at the rim, mid range etc decline. Which is normal. It’ll start happening more and more as he gets older.

Gotta stop pretending jimmy gonna be Jimmy forever.

He does not pass the eye test this year, he just hasn’t looked the same the majority of the time and despite his ppg being around the same last year jimmy was at the top of a lot of advanced metrics. He was elite impact wise even if the #s look a lot like they do now. Obviously he can still turn it up, but whether he will remains to be seen. I do understand he’s been through a lot of family trauma this year but he’s been stagnant since his first game so yeah.

This next game against the Sixers is crucial! If you win that you have a chance to go deep in the playoffs. If you lose you’re going to get fucked in boston

I think his take over abilities are still there. I truly believe he’s just picking his spots this year. There was a stretch this year for like 10 games where he was killing and looking like his old self. It’s still there but the dude has to maintain his body and give the other guys their reps. Jimmy and Spo are taking the long view.

I feel like there’s been a decrease in the kind of plays where he grabs a steal for an easy 2. The kind of 4 point swings that are very impactful

Well his PER, Reb%, Ast%, Stl%, Blk%, USG, WS/48, OBPM, DBPM, BPM, and VORP are all the lowest they’ve ever been in his time on the Miami Heat

JB is very efficient especially when he’s driving to the basket and getting to the line. Excellent defender and great leader I honey think of Herro, Bam, and JB each have 3 good rounds each were set but it’s that finals round we’re we just don’t have enough gas or enough bench to keep up. And Herro just came back from injury can’t ask to him to do to much yet.
