I’ve been saying it all year, this team has the most to prove and the most amazing redemption arc possible for a team. Mike Conley has been around forever and DESERVES A RING. Rudy Gobert has been generationally amazing at basketball, while also constantly being dismissed, and diminished. We all know about KAT and the playoffs. And the Timberwolves organization and fans? Hands down been through the most, and deserve it more than anyone. All of these guys. Nickeil getting bounced around. Naz not getting drafted, working his ass off, and choosing to turn down more money to stay with the team who believed in him. Karl (and Rudy) were absolutely right when they said that “this is what movies are made of.” Aaa-fucking-woooooooooo!!!

The vets are saying all the right things today. I have faith they will figure out how to overcome Phoenix in a 7 game series. Making these younger guys understand the gravity of the situation is huge from Mike and Rudy.
