I don't wish injury on anyone but Jimmy is injured now, Giannis is injured and Embiid isn't 100% with that knee problem. I love Jimmy, I hope that he recovers well. However, I also hope that Heat fans are now realizing that he isn't going to lead their team to a championship any time soon. He is 34 years old now, his health has been a concern for the last several years (especially the past 2), and he's on a huge contract. His coasting during the regular season is part of why they've ended up in the play-in for the past 2 years; his elevation in the playoffs may justify that, but that still makes their road to success harder. He and Tyler Herro are their main/only sources of shot creation, which is part of why their offense sucks. It feels like they rely on Jimmy too much to get it done because nobody else on the roster is good enough or consistent enoughh as a second option. Not to mention that they've lost to better teams Fonals.Pat Riley needs to have a long think about whether this team is worth continuing on with.
