The comments about Dray taking accountability for his suspension are weird as hell. The man made a public apology. Then came on the pod and elaborated in multiple episodes. Yes, it played a part. But the Dubs loss games they shouldn’t have and didn’t click together early enough in the season.
That being said, this is another year the core and some upcoming young guys got some experience. If Klay stays and maybe some roster improvements are made, GS state can most definitely win at least one more championship.

it sucks to see Klay struggle. He should be in prime mode right now but that brutal knee injury followed by an Achilles is just so rough to recover from. I can't remember who said it but you lose 5% of your agility and mobility and suddenly rather than being able to get past or keep 95% of the league in front of you you can only do it for 60%. At the top the NBA inches are everything, whether it's height, your first step, how much distance you can cover in a split second. Maybe it's time to start looking at other vets who stretched out their careers an extra 4-5 years and start to emulate them.
Or maybe Klay just needs a change of scenery. It sucks but maybe that's what's best for his career. Hard to say.
