Miami Heat defeats Chicago Bulls 112-91, to secure the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. For Miami, Tyler Herro led the way with 24 points (4 3PM), 10 rebounds, and 9 assists while aided by Jaime Jaquez Jr. (21 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists) and Kevin Love (16 points, 7 rebounds) in the victory. DeMar DeRozan finished with 22 points and 4 assists for Chicago in the losing effort. Miami will advance to face Boston in the first round of the NBA Playoffs on Sunday, April 21st, while the Chicago is eliminated from playoff contention.

The stakes are huge now. The Heat are going to be playing the Celtics. If the Celtics win, they will prove the rest of the NBA wrong and every single comment about the Celtics choking will be meaningless. Meanwhile, if the Heat win, they will prove they are better than the Celtics, the best team in the NBA. This is going to be very exciting.

Alright. Not the season I was hooping for nor the results. Still happy we made the playoffs. Here’s the thing. No Jimmy, and we’re going against the Celtics. Not easy at all. I just hope that Jimmy recovers sooner than later so that way we have a decent chance. But I can’t loom down just yet. Anything can happen. Last year proved that as well. Let’s see if the Heat are able to make yet another legendary run. This time however, let’s see if we can win the championship.

I'm very disappointed in my Chicago Bulls. Very disappointed. They didn't play with any heart, passion, or aggression. They let Miami dictate the style and tempo of the game to them, and overall they just played like shit!!
