New Orleans Pelican defeats Sacramento Kings, 105-98. For New Orleans, Brandon Ingram led the way with 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists while aided by Jonas Valanciunas (19 points, 12 rebounds) and Trey Murphy III (16 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists) in the victory. De’Aaron Fox finished with 35 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals with Domantas Sabonis adding 23 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 steals for Sacramento in the losing effort. New Orleans will advance to face Oklahoma City in the first round of the NBA Playoffs on Sunday, April 21st (9:30PM ET, TNT), while Sacramento is eliminated from playoff contention.

  4. The Kings should have traded for Pascal Siakam, but they wanted to keep Keegan Murray so damn bad. Had they traded for Siakam, they would clinch a playoff seed instead of being in the play-in.

  5. As a Lakers fan watching, I am glad the Pelicans won because the Lakers can take down N.O. but can never take down the Kings. The Pelicans has beaten the Kings multiple times and has high confidence going into the game.
