CLEVELAND CAVALIERS VS. ORLANDO MAGIC G2 REACTION: Donovan Mitchell & Darius Garland shine in easy W
The Cleveland Cavaliers offense wasn’t great in Game 1 against the Orlando Magic, but it didn’t need to be with how well the team’s defense played.
Well in Game 2, the story was essentially the same. Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Jarrett Allen & Evan Mobley did what they normally do offensively, which was more than enough to cruise past the Magic.
The Cavs defense was great again, holding Orlando well below its season average in points. The Magic had just 67 points after three quarters of play and everyone from Paolo Banchero to Jalen Suggs looked lost.
JB Bickerstaff’s squad got some nice contributions off the bench from Isaac Okoro & Caris Levert, who both chipped in with 8 points in the first half.
All and all, it was another dominant performance from the Cavs who coasted to a 2-0 series lead without every playing its A game. You can’t ask for much more as the series shifts to Orlando for games three and four.

We would be down 2-0 against any of the six other seeds
I was there tonight talk about a sloppy ugly terrible looking game!
Let’s go cavs!
I was at the game. What an experience. It was awesome!!
The future of this team rides on Evan Mobley. He needs to be averaging 20 plus a night. DG needs to play more like CP3 instead of Steph Curry.
