Media slobs laker knob so hard. They can never give us credit for anything.

  2. giraffe_yogurt

I genuinely can’t wait until we send these mfs home. I kept saying this was the easiest matchup we could’ve gotten (among mavs, pels, suns) and so far it seems like I was right.

  3. La times owner was a minority owner of the the lakers. What yall expect

  4. LLUrDadsFave

I let my subscription go when Andrew Grief got let go. Who wrote this?

  5. DocCharlesXavier

Dylan Hernandez likes throbbing purple and yellow dongs in his mouth

  6. TigerKlaw

I’d understand it if we won by a possession or two but this..

  7. count_sand_1

Now I understand exactly how Nuggets fans felt last year against the Lakers

  8. InformalExplorer369

I don’t want to click it to add more views but is it TJ Simers?

  9. blackakainu

When you watch highlights but not the game lol

  10. “More than their own shot-making ability down the stretch, the victory was a function of an awful shooting day for Mavericks All-Star forward Luka Doncic, who made only four of 13 shots in the first half, including one of seven three-pointers”.

What an idiotic assumption. Doncic ended up with 33 pts on 42% shooting, which is acceptable for a high-volume perimeter scorer. (Plus, it’s not like he stat-padded in garbage time.)

    We’ve made 18 3pts on 50% shooting.

    But somehow it’s “Doncic bad”.

“An unbelievably bad shooting night for Luka and Kyrie”. It’s almost as if the play of the opposite team can affect the other teams shooting.

  12. BurghFinsFan

We really survived that 8 point second quarter by the Mavs.

  13. I’ve never seen anything from Dylan Hernandez that was worth reading.

I’m ok with the hating/underdog status anyways. It’s nice.

  14. Peter_Pipebomb

Dylan Hernandez didn’t even watch the damn game. Do you your homework poser 🤦🏾‍♂️

  15. QuinnAngelWraith

Exactly I have no idea why the media is running with the idea that the Mavs figured something out in the end when it was pretty obvious they had an overly favorable whistle. Not to mention Clippers just playing to drain the clock🤦‍♂️

  16. falafelburgar

We play better as the “underdogs” I dont know how many times we’ve fudged leads as favorites, IE. 2015 vs rockets. and 2020 vs nuggets. The media is doing us a favor. Our players, especially this group, play better when they feel disrespected by the media. We can “survive” all the way to the larry o brien.

  17. Illusive_Lust

Up 20 most of the game. “It was never out of reach”. Good lord

  18. Prosado22

And they let go of Andrew Greif for this?!

    Wow!

I would love for this guy to keep a 20+ lead during a whole game in the playoffs.

Luka sank a three that brought the lead down to….15! The horror!

I guess he’s most likely a Lakers fan and is pissed that his team is facing getting swept again.

Who cares if the Mavs played horribly. They had the same rest as the Clippers and were in the court at the same time. What did they want? A do over?

  19. TomF_ckingBrady

    “They didn’t make a statement”

Stfuuuuuuu lol what a bum “reporter”

  20. standardinternetdude

Hi, Dodger/Clipper fan here: Dylan Hernandez (the author) is the worst. It’s incredible that the LA Times employs both him and Plaschke, who both suck so so bad.

  21. @dylanohernandez on Twitter. Yall know what to do

  22. Jealous_Foot8613

You’d think they lost , with the way this article is written

  23. AlternativeSuit131

Also saying how many times can we count on Dallas scoring 8 points in a quarter is ridiculous. Yeah, they missed some wide open looks. But that ignores the fact that our defense suffocated them on most possessions.

This article is about as bad as Richard Jefferson.
