What an idiotic assumption. Doncic ended up with 33 pts on 42% shooting, which is acceptable for a high-volume perimeter scorer. (Plus, it’s not like he stat-padded in garbage time.)
We’ve made 18 3pts on 50% shooting.
But somehow it’s “Doncic bad”.

Exactly I have no idea why the media is running with the idea that the Mavs figured something out in the end when it was pretty obvious they had an overly favorable whistle. Not to mention Clippers just playing to drain the clock🤦♂️

We play better as the “underdogs” I dont know how many times we’ve fudged leads as favorites, IE. 2015 vs rockets. and 2020 vs nuggets. The media is doing us a favor. Our players, especially this group, play better when they feel disrespected by the media. We can “survive” all the way to the larry o brien.
