There is no accountability to make me feel like these errors are taken seriously and the league wants to make these situations occur less frequently. And I HATE this idea that complaining about the refs is “loser mentality”… The games being played now are decided by thin margins. Just saying “grab the rebound”, “gain possession”, etc act like all of the small things we DID do don’t matter! When the scale is tipped against you in a game decided by a play or two – IT MATTERS THAT THE REFS BLEW IT!! Argh…
