Man. Normally i just feel anxious and defeated when the Sixers are down in a series but this time around im competitively pissed off and it seems the players are too. I need them to win 4 straight and kick their teeth in

100% agree. I didn’t feel cheated when Kawhi hit that shot. Even blowing multiple massive leads to the hawks and Ben Simmons turning into a pumpkin wasn’t this much of an atrocity

Yeah, at least back then the team didn’t get screwed by refs. Both teams played well, but Raptors had good luck. Not to mention Raptors ended up winning the ring.

Nah Toronto still worse. Also yeah the fouls happened which sucked but so did Kawhi catching that in bound pass like AJ Brown running a route and taking 4 damn steps before even thinking about putting the ball on the floor.

Morey putting this shitty ass roster together is going to break embiid enough to ask out man

He’s right. They’re totally different feelings though. Against the Raptors that year, it felt like we left it all on the court and just came up short. We lost fair and square. Last night’s loss felt unfair and it’s a much shittier feeling to lose that way.

Yup, this is why I hate it when they wear Red.

Nah that was our one shot at a ring and it took 10 extra seconds on a circus shot to close it. I have nightmares about that shot

Because last night was a fuck up that could’ve been avoided. Sure nurse, batum and embiid tried to call timeout but if Lowry did it there was no chance of the refs missing it

semi unrelated, but i’ve always thought Joel picked up Kawhi needlessly on that shot. Ben would have had a better angle and the better athleticism to contest.

I’m not sure if the Kawhi shot hurt more or if I’m just so numb to the pain at this point it’s hard to feel anything. At this point, I expect the worst outcome and I get pleasantly surprised when that doesn’t happen…unfortunately that typically is not the case.
