Luka himself yes but the mavs no… they’ll probably get beat in 4-6 games by the nuggets tbh they team not good enough.. the only threat the nuggets got is if they play the timberwolves because something about KAT and Rudy in the back court and AE in the front court is bad for Denver they got the size and defense to slow them down

In Game 1, Dallas shot 31.8% on wide open shots (closest defender 4’+ away). Vs 47.2% when closely guarded. The rest of the team shot 27% in Game 1. Dallas just dug a deep hole too early and still only lost by 12.
Game 2 was kinda the same. 39.6% on wide open shots vs 46.4% closely guarded. Plus Dallas played great defense. That’s what bails them out and why they win close games. They start to hit those open shots like they did since the break, Dallas will win in 5

EUROPEAN PLAYERS like LUKA & JOKIC are getting away with ANYTHING. BOTH OF THEM PLAY TRASH DEFENSE but the NBA is saying it's GOOD. ALMOST EVERY PLAY I SAW DEFENSIVELY FROM LUKA WAS BAD. LUKA IS FOULING AND THE REFEREES ARE LOOKING AWAY LIKE NOTHING NEVER HAPPENED

Game 1 Mavs struggle but it wans't the Clippers defense at all it was just a bad shooting game, Game 2 Clippers struggle and it was all Mavs defense it wans't a Clippers bad game.
The harsh reallity that media and Mavs fans fail to recognize it that, Game 1 Clippers defended really well and with transition offense they where able to shot the ball above they avg so it

Now when I hear people saying that Mavs wont shot this bad (talking about game 1) sure they wont but Clippers also wont shoot this bad (talking about game 2) and these Mavs fans saying Luka and the Mavs still struggle Game 2… Well, they shot 42% from the field (bellow they season avg 48%) and 42% from 3 (above they season avg 36%) so please reduce yourselfs to your ignorance and don't talk just to talk! And media needs to start watching the games instead of watching the highlights….
Also Clippers played an exelente Game 1 biggest lead 29, second quarter Mavs came back because the lead was so big and any normal person could see that Clippers took they foot out of the gas and burn the clock starting they offense when there was 6 secs left on the clock (Mavs with 20+ FTA)! Mavs with a more or less season avg shooting night and Clippers with the worse shooting % of the season still manage to lose only by 3!
