Potential assist is crazy… the best player needs to shoot potential assist to players who are not as good as you don’t matter … they miss the shots because they are not as Good.. at some point TY is going to have to get aggressive
Thank you Adam, thank you Tony
Look Man im honestly not trying to be hostile towards Pacers media in these comment sections but its irresponsible literally the narratives that are being spun about TJ.
I literally just rewatched his minutes after He checked in the 3rd quarter with about 7 minutes to go. The Bucks scored and it was a one point game.
From that moment until 7:58 in the 4th quarter when TJ checked out the Pacers were up 105-92. 13 point lead. When he checked in it was a one point game and Milwaukee had all the momentum.
When He checked out at 7:58 in the 4th quarter he scored 2 baskets, had 2 made critical free throws, 3 assists and had 2 stops on Lillard guarding him man to man. No one helped. Man to man hw stopped Lillard TWICE in a row .
Crazy thing is Tony acknowledged what TJ after the game the other night but then went along to get along with what Adam said. What is with the narrative about TJ now?
Fan base are just as bad. Beside Nembhardt the fan base are salivating and waiting for TJ to FINALLY play bad considering He was A+ literally the last 40-50 games of the season.
Cmon with the narratives man. I literally just now rewatched it. Everything i said is true here.
When he checked in at around 7 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter Milwaukee immediately scored and it was a one point game. Carlisle called a timeout and Milwaukee had all the momentum.
When He checked out at 7:58 in the 4th quarter with Haliburton on the bench the score was 105-92 and the game was essentially over. All the momentum had changed.
Cmon yall. These Tj narratives are complete b.s. man. You called it right after the game but during this podcast you went along with what Adam said.
TJ Played GREAT his 2nd half minutes are you all kidding me?
Ill concede he had a rough start in the 2nd quarter but so the hell what? He finished +5 and when He checked out Pacers were up 13 with all the momentum. Exactly like almost the last 40-50 games of the season went. And Hes almost GUARANTEED to play better at Home.
Just dont get it at all. Some of the Pacers media have their egos too wrapped up into being right as opposed to calling it correctly and objectively.
I thought Chet Holmgren was going to be a for sure bust and was overrated. I was WRONG. See how easy that is.
TJ is a grown Man and he can let his play talk for him. I dont need to keep doing this for Him but somehow i feel obliged to because hes been literally A+ the entire season.
I thought Tyrese played great in the 3rd quarter too so dont get the Haliburton slander from fans at all. Not the media just the fans. Thats why i make it a point to watch the games before i comment. Im not afraid to not go along to not get along.
🏀!!!
Lots of praise for TJM , who looked like total shite in this series. And he looked OK in the last 4th quarter. Not in the 3d, and not the way he looked in the regular season.
I mean, I hope TJ plays out of his mind amazing. Whatever it takes to win 🏆
TJ needs to come in when Drew comes out. I doubt we need to over think lineups.
Wow that high pitched voice.
Based upon regular season, the Pacers have at least one more terrible performance in them in this series. Lets hope its not tonight as the crowd will be late arriving.
ANY Coach and franchise in the entire NBA would be absolutely ecstatic if their backup point guard checked into the game in the 3rd quarter around the 7 minute mark up by 1 and then checked out 10 minutes later with a 13 point lead. ESPECIALLY in the playoffs.
