Wise words from Jokic – “First, you need to learn how to play. You need 2-3 years together to learn how to play with each other.”
Nikola Jokic on building the Nuggets' read-and-react offense: He mentions his chemistry with Gary Harris, Jameer Nelson, Wilson Chandler and then Jamal Murray.

Thought this applies to our young team very well.
Words to live by.
Yes. Let’s be patient and build a new Spurs dynasty through the draft. Hopefully by drafting well.
I’m beyond thankful the public sentiment seems to have accepted patience in the rebuild rather than mortgaging the future for mediocre upgrades
I get more joy watching Wemby highlights than the playoffs rn. They make me so hype everyday because I can see our dynasty coming back!
Say no to the Trae trade!
Give us time. Were cooking over here
Unless you’re Tim Duncan and win a championship in your 2nd year
I think everyone is staying… and if you want to stay you have to make the cut or want to make a leap… to another team. This is how they’re fostering a winning environment. You are either all in or you aren’t. Drafted players? They’re gonna make sure they blossom and turn into whatever they need to be. We all already know as fans that they end up planning to win for 20 seasons again.
Wait.
So how does Trae Young fit into this? 😉
This is the most important post on this sub for the season. Take it to heart, and if you’re old school, remember that the beautiful game didn’t appear immediately.
Murray and Jokic are the core of everything though. They filled in around that. Jokic has the passing duties and Jamal can score more. They grew up together in the NBA too.
Vic is way ahead of the Jokic curve and is a top 5 defender right out the gate plus what we have seen thus far.
