Motion offense share the basketball and stop settling for jump shots, and Coach JB has to use his Damm roster, I've never understood the logic of playoff time reducing the rotation, so the 9/10/11/12 that you have been working with and had to trust and use and depend on and developed, you can no longer play and you still as the head coach, who, what, when, where, and why, as far as time outs rotation and offensive play calls, Damm JB I'm routing for you, please take some of the pressure off of D's and run something other than big high pick and roll, your the coach coach! Make them share the basketball get the shooters shots early and often, motion offense and if a dude is not on rotate your guys and come back to him, matchups and meeting force with force, your players are playing from à direct reflection of your personality, you have amo to meet force with force and give your leaders the confidence to put there bodies on the line but I don't think they believe in you as the head coach
