  1. Pretty easy to score when there’s no defense and everything is a foul. “Greatest offensive era ever” is just the softest era on defense

  2. Bruh it’s the Splash Bros effect. Even Lebron said that leads were safe until Steph reached his prime, the rest of the league followed suit.

  3. I first noticed the scoring explosion phenomena when "that" warriors team would always explode in the third quarter. everybody knew it was coming. nobody knew how to stop it!

  4. Jimmy, could you talk a bit about the insane free throw disparity in favour of the LA Lakers over the past two seasons? I think it's a great topic for discussion.

  5. It's kindve predictible. The wolves are 4-0 when leading by at least 1 point at any time during the game this post season

  6. Teams aren’t blowing 15 point leads because the players are so great. They’re blowing the leads because the refs need to cover the spread and the NBA wants the games to be close.

  7. I wonder if NBA players watch Jimmy and I wonder even more how the statistics provided by Jimmy might affect their game 🧐

  8. 16 minutes to just say "steph curry changed basketball scoring and as a result we are seeing games be determined by a higher point shot thats harder to make" like we didnt all know that is absolutely filthy work. Regardless i enjoyed you jangling the keys infront of me thanks for the video

  9. In reality the NBA is a hole different game then just 10 years ago. Thats why you cant compare eras because this is a hole different game fro when Bill Russell played (the big man era) then the Bird and Magic era then Mj made it a guard era and that lasted for a long time and now the nba trying to get back the big man just a shooting big man to dominate like Jokic Embiid Wemby and Giannis is still holding on to trying to dominate without shooting but the 3 ball means everything at this point but yeah very unpredictable

  10. one game had a tight ending, where every bucket heavily improved team's chances, and the other game didn't, so no magic there

also rubberbanding is when a losing party is given an advantage to help it catch up, which isn't true for real life basketball, saying this is belittling miami's work

  11. Only in Mario Kart 64 is where the rubberbanding is at a level of idiocracy. Other Mario Kart games the rubberbanding is pretty tame.

  12. Jamal Murray just getting AD back from when AD made a game winning shot over the Denver in the bubble so now its 1-1 and Lakers beat Denver to get a ring and Denver got them back last year by beating them to get a ring and now Denver is about to go up 2-1 against the Lakers if Denver do win the championship this year it would be 2-1 to Denver but Denver has dominated the Lakers the last 12 games totally and is 11-1 against the Lakers over the last 12 games and if Denver wins next game it would be 8-1 in the last 9 playoff games and 12-1 overall just like the Warriors did to Lebron in 2017-2018 when they beat him 8-1 in two playoff runs. Lebron has been beaten badly a lot actually when you really think about it plus missing the playoff 4 times swept 3 times and lost 4-1 a lot of times and has a final record of 4-6 with a couple of meltdown which excluding him for the goat debate plus he had to quite on his team a couple of times and form superteams to win and being saved by Ray because if not for him he would have another final loss and be 3-7. I could really pile on when I think about it but even with all that said i still think Lebron is a top 5 player

  13. Almost all 5 players are a versatile scoring threat these days. To the point the guy on the bench can do all your favourite jordan moves. Highly unpredictable as anyone can have a night

  14. Bron actually talked abt this on his podcast weeks back. He said the “no lead is safe” started when that f’er lightskin from golden state started to change the game with 3s.” And he was right
