It’s called a press break guys. Teams like to surprise you (the offense) and put on a full court defensive pressure system (man or zone and or combination of sorts) which can cause turnovers quickly if you’re not prepared. James Harden and the Clippers were prepared for this moment as you stated. Veteran literally and physically showing mid game what to do and where to go for a younger player. Love to see it in real time. That’s why Amir and James Harden gets it. Also, they’re both naturally left handed.

Having vets who knows how to play the rules is really nice. I know other fans hated when CP3 or Bev did that shit, but it’s nice when they are your guys exploiting. Reminds me of that Steve Adams thing where he purposely dug into his skin to make himself bleed just for a timeout. Haha.
