Thought the same thing. You can’t get a contested rebound with the guy on the court. He doesn’t react quickly enough and is always getting pushed under the basket because he’s not aggressive enough.

  2. Paul_Wall_

At least Nico in the closing lineup isn’t afraid to shoot open 3s

I think I see a trend but I can’t seem to pinpoint it

  4. Nurse’s rotations have been….not great for a while, and I think people are just afraid of speaking up about it.

All those words about experimenting and he keeps going with what does not work

  6. I don’t know why Nurse is playing Tobias at the end of games.  Unless there are outside forces and politics at play

Harris is a paradox, he’s the softest player on the court but his hands are made of solid fucking brick. Go figure.

Has to be a front office demand, or some bullshit outside of the coaching staff. Nick Nurse is too fucking smart to watch that idiot and still play him to “close”.

I agree he should be sitting at the end of games but hes not the sole reason why we are losing. He’s been average away from the ball and that’s better than a lot of our bench (Buddy Hield)

It’s true. Tobias is playing over Ricky because he’s supposed to be a 3pt shooter and make good vet decisions. He’s doing neither.

What do you have to lose by playing Ricky at this point? Get another dawg in there. Plus that playoff experience will carry over, Tobias is 100% gone next year.

Feels like they’re playing him simply due to his paycheck

    Makes no goddamn sense

GIVE RCIV HIS MINUTES…I still think Nurse can outcoach Thibs in the series, but man you cannot be outhustled and expect to win.

  12. Tbf—and I’m not one to ever give Tobias the benefit of the doubt—the Sixers *should* have won game 2.

That said, Tobias is averaging less than 9 points a game. On a max. The one good thing to come from this lousy season ending will be never having to watch him suit up with the Sixers ever again.

Have no actual numbers to back this up, but it felt like Tobi gave up at least 4 possessions in the 4th by knocking rebounds OOB
