Not incorporating much more 3PAs in the offensive game plan this series is the primary reason I think Bickerstaff needs to be shown the door. The FO went and made moves to get more shooters specifically for the playoffs and he’s not using them.

    It’s a fireable offense imo.

  2. I don’t know why but neither of them is really feeling it lately. Ive watched plenty of basketball this week and you can see it that most teams rely on 1 or 2 players to carry the offense.
When you really need a bucket or time on the clock is running out there are players that stand out and Mitchell and Garland have to be those players for us.
None of them is playing to the level they should be and thats why the Cavs are struggling.
Brunson, Kyrie, Maxey, PG13, Ant, SGA, Jays, Haliburton are all playing at a higher level.
Series is not over but time is running out, if the offense doesn’t flow the team will not advance.

The Cavs were 3-19 on WIDE OPEN 3’S in Orlando.

    That ain’t coaching….that’s bad shooting.

Mitchell seems to struggle in the second half of these games. It feels like every three he’s made is from first quarters. Makes me wonder if the knee bothers him as the game goes on or if he just lost some fitness with the injury that he’s trying to get back.

If only one of them wasn’t scared to pull the trigger after missing a shot

You should NOT rely on step-back 3s to win a game.

  7. I mean 45% is unsustainable on step backs honestly, maybe they’re better in rhythm vs catch and shoot threes and that’s why we’re seeing this shooting issue in the playoffs but “more of one of the hardest shots in basketball” seems like a faded take
