    Hart is listed at 215 lbs, or ~98 kg.

    Studies have shown that caffeine can improve sports performance at 3-6 mg/kg.

    At 98 kg, that’s 294-588mg.

    Carb loading also isn’t uncommon for sports that involve a lot of cardio.

    Everyone commenting “this is how you die” has clearly never lifted. Almost every preworkout is at least 200mg of caffeine, and the ones that most experienced lifters use are 3-400mgs of caffeine. As long as he’s not also pounding other forms of caffeine throughout the day he’s not even remotely in the realm of any sort of danger.

    I noticed when I play caffinated, I have so much energy that I don’t have to think about going towards a lose ball, I just automatically do it. But when it comes to making in game decisions, I get worse because my mind gets too hyper. so it sort of breaks even for me

  30. This is actually the best pre workout. Caffeine and fast acting carbs. If you notice crazy athletes love their candy. *ahem* DK METCALF.
