  1. People looking at free throw disparity & making no attempt to think past level 1 would be hilarious but these people put in the same thought to politics, raising children, or making important decisions. The average person can not trust themselves and yet they will make decisions & conclusions with insane vigor. Stuff like this honestly scares me.

  2. Is it just me or does it seem like, at least through the first round there has been a lot less blowouts and more good to even great games than the last few years?

  3. Come on with the free throws Jason. That’s a bullshit stat. Main reason lebron didn’t get those free throws is because he finishes his shots and would still only get one free throw instead of two. And he missed a lot of bunnies for his standards. To say that joker gets called is just bias. Usually like listening two ya but I’m turning this garbage off

  4. Mailbag – Hi jason. What do you think the reason is that paolo banchero is getting so little national attention. The man dropped 39 and 8 in a big road playoff game and the national media is quiet. Just wanted to know your thoughts i appreciate you covering smaller market teams as well great show!

  5. There is no evidence outside of the FT differential? Bro, when one team shoots 500+ more FTs than the 2nd place team, that’s all you need. I’m not even a Nuggets fan but damn, open your eyes.

  6. As a cavs fan i kinda feel bad that mainstream media aren’t giving them more attention cuz paolo deserves it

  7. Mailbag: Hey jason. Other than Joel Embiid and Ja morant, no other major stars this season seemed to have found the 65 minimum game requirement to be an issue. I'm looking at predictions for all the awards and all NBA teams and they are pretty much what I'd expect. However, in previous seasons, a lot of stars like steph lebron kd only played around 50 games. Do you think then that this was just a result of load management and teams being overcautious and that injuries didn't actually increase since the 2000s.

  8. Mailbag question(s): Hey jason, you've said you keep different lists for perimeter players and bigs, but while we have heard extensively about your perimeter players list(mj, lebron, kobe, magic, etc.) what is your list for the bigs?

Additional question if you have time: If you could pick a starting five from all players in NBA history and took into account playstyles, player archetypes, and how the team might gel, who would you choose?

Love the content, got on the Hoops tonight bandwagon a bit late but really got into your lists and reasonings over the summer before this season.

  9. It’s pretty clear that LeBron wants to win another championship he should go to Knicks. That Julius Randle spot is perfect for him, Brunson able to carry them through the regular season, great 2 star dynamic, easier conference, players like Hart who are gonna do all the dirty work. Know it won’t happen but seems clear.

  10. Mailbag: Who are you taking at Team USA replacement players? Seems clear Embiid & Kawhi aren’t going to be able to. I’d take Jaylen Brown & JDub.

  11. THANK YOU for calling out the free throw conspiracy theorist idiots in the most satisfying and cathartic way possible lol
