Ask any great coach and they'll say , "players win championships"… coaches are important but you can be a great coach but not have enough talent to win in the playoffs….I was told this when I first started coaching sophomore basketball … My team started out 1-6, but the varsity coach who ran the whole program wanted all teams, frosh, soph, j.v. and varsity to be successful…so he moved a sophomore playing j.v., that wasn't getting much playing time, down to my sophomore team, and we didn't lose a game the rest of the season…one player made me look like a great coach all of a sudden (which I wasn't)…😁✌️

Fire Doc Rivers. Excuses, excuses again from Doc Rivers. 4 weeks ago towards the end of regular seanson, Bucks lost to Grizz and Doc says "Gannis was running on fumes" and admitted that he should have taken Gannis out even if Gannis wants to play. If Doc had limit Gannis minutes, he would not have injured at the end of the regular season and get swept in the playoffs to the Paces. I am sick and tired of Doc's excuses.
Doc didn’t even have ten games to work with the full starting lineup. He only had SIX. Give him an offseason to work with them, and give GA/Lillard/Khris time to build their chemistry. Watch for this team next year. I’m telling you, they’re going to be good.
