Ham is the FIRST change that needs to happen. After that, let rob make small signings/trades that can help the team. They really only needed a little help to beat the champs. Healthy vand would’ve easily been the difference between a win or a loss in 2-3 games. This is a GOOD team that just needs 1 or 2 minor improvements that can be solved with good FA, draft, or small trade.

If people actually looked at what Pelinka has done, they would be surprised how good he’s been. All the way back to 2020 when he was getting blue-balled by Kawhi and still got Danny Green in his last year of productivity. In 21 he got I believe the top 2 6MOTY to a championship roster, and the Westbrook trade was the fault of everyone, not one single person. Then he got Rui for nothing, got Gabe for a good deal (unfortunate about the injuries), made the mid-season trade that literally saved the season, and more.
He’s made mistakes, he’s also been really good IMO, and I don’t see who lakers fans would want to replace him with.
