  1. Daryl needs to put together a better team, bc he’s looking bad right now. He didn’t try trading Tobias bc he’s in love with him and now he’s gonna walk. He also had a chance to get OG and didn’t 🤦‍♂️ Daryl is looking overrated right now, the only good thing he did this year was get Kelly. He’s horrible GM, where’s are role players Daryl? Where’s are defense Daryl? I’m so mad at him lol

  2. The 76ers lost to a team without their second best scorer and best scorer off the bench. A healthy Knicks team is dangerous.

  3. The poetry in that knicks ran the play and sixers ran defensive coverage from last years game 6 play against the heat, last year Brunson turned it over when Hart was open. This season he trusted his teammate and swung it to him and now they advance

  4. In terms of how wide the disparity between Embiid’s sheer ability as a player and his lack of career success, he’s going on a route Veerrryyyy similar to young Bron. The reasons why are the only differences; embiid deals with unlucky health conditions and that hurts his quality of, plus his ability to, play in the clutch, while LeBron struggled to make free throws and be aggressive in fourth quarters until that game 6 versus my big three Celtics. I hoped that embiid would fail being the face of the rival 76ers, like I once disliked LeBron. But now, watching the shit that embiid does on the court without the context of competing directly against me it’s so awesome. Should either go down as the greatest what if players or get at least one chip in Philly that he has a great run and fmvp. He needs help though. Playing playoff basketball with a supporting cast of ymca hoopers slightly explains the lack of accolades and achievements

  5. NBA fans when Joel embiid gets 40 points: “😡not clutch! Bad performance!!” 40 points is 40 points

  6. I’m so proud of OG as a raptors fan, and I know OG and Siakam are gonna enjoy playing against each other

  7. brunson in the last 4 games:
    39 points
    47 points
    40 points
    41 points

this man gonna be better than anybody thoughy

  8. The Kwahi shot ended the Process, we've just been witnessing the delusional decline. Still love the 76ers but gawd damn it's not been good

  9. The shortcut to winning is to sign Jimmy Butler and listen to everything he says about your team

  10. Joel played well for not being 100%, but the fact that he is never 100% is a problem in and of itself

  11. Bro this is by far the least embarrassing of all our playoff losses. Wel'll probably never win (or even get close to) a title with this core, but at least we got a good coach and a young co star now. Idk, after losing to the hawks nothing shocks me anymore

  12. 76ers need either a true number 3 option this offseason or they need to end "the process" and build around maxey. I thought that this was the best coach they've had since the embiid era began and i thought this was the best depth they've had since it began. I understand that they dealt with injuries throughout the year, but a first round exit is still disappointing. the fact that the knicks are missing their second best player and a key bench piece and are still the better team is not ok.

  13. Joel embiid criticism no matter what happens… I get you gotta do what you gotta do to get the clicks but this is a little gross imo.

  14. Knicks fan here: shout out Kelly Oubre – played with a ton of energy at both ends of the floor, he was undoubtedly Philly's 3rd best player. He is the kinda guy who can be an important role player on a true contender

  15. Joel has always been bad in 4th quarters in the playoffs. There was a stat going around that he's been scoreless in 21.6% of his playoff 4th quarters. His turnovers also go way up. And even when he does score, there's a big drop in efficiency.

I get that he's been injured often in the playoffs, but I really think his conditioning is the issue. When it comes to the playoffs, stars have to play heavier minutes. Plus, the intensity and physicality ramp way up. Being able to play 36 minutes in a regular season game is nothing like being able to play 45 minutes in the playoffs, especially if you're a huge human like he is.

  16. I find it very hard for me to give Embiid more than the slightest blame for this. Even with his fourth quarter struggles, he’s still the sixers most important player on both ends, and it’s no more evident than the on/off numbers he generates. Just looking at the whole series from a vacuum, I thought Embiid played significantly better than any of his previous playoff series, and I attribute most of that to him finally having a top-level coach and a real legitimate A-level co-star.

The sixers issues, to me, boil down to roster continuity. Aside from Tobias Harris, who apparently can’t be trusted to score a single point anymore, no one else on this roster stays for more than one or two seasons, and that’s not good when you’re trying to win a championship. Look at pretty much every single championship team, they’ve all had rosters with a core 4 or 5 guys that have been there for many years and learned over time how to win together, and the sixers have not had that yet. With all their cap space, the GM has huge pressure on him to finally build a roster around Embiid that will actually last for several more playoff losses

  17. Jalen Brunson punch for punch against maxey and the reigning MVP. 6 foot guard with balls of steel.
