💯 I still have a downloaded recording of when the Warriors fired Mark Jackson and it’s was on 97.5 the game. They were praising the Niner Baalke/Harbaugh relationship and how Lacob is ruining the Warriors with the firing and having his sons hands in some of the day to day. Well we all know how the Harbaugh/Baalke regime turned into a dumpster fire not to shortly after that and Kerr took over to bring us Four titles taking the warriors from scrappy to Elite. You see this now with the Niners as well. Leadership is definitely key to any great organization.
