Let's name a coaching Lebron Career that succeeded… erik Spolsta.. End of list. You can argue for Try Lue, the only 2 coaches Bron supported throughout his career, Spol and Lue.. Every other coach in his career, he didn't want and not a single of of then can get a job coaching high school basketball in the States.. 😂
Coaches don't play the game, yes. But the reality of what's inside the player's minds when things are going on is the adjustments. If a coach doesn't win over his players with good adjustments, they lose faith. In a lot of cases, I would say its childish, but this is the way people are; they want miracles from thee but not from me. As a coach you must be stoic, definitive and effective especially with adjustments which makes up over half the game plan. Lastly, you need better players, quicker, better passers, above the rim, more thicker flesh on defense, and of course a winning attitude.
