Can Nikola Jokic & the Denver Nuggets Solve the Anthony Edwards & Minnesota Timberwolves’ Defense? Rudy Gobert and Anthony Edwards dominated in game one of Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves series. Jamal Murray was held scoreless in the first half of the game and Jokic shot well below his playoff average. Aaron Gordon struggled to impact the offensive end of the floor thanks to the roaming defensive scheme of the Timberwolves. And the Nuggets as a team struggled to execute the key possessions where the Wolves fell out of rotation or got cross-matches in transition.

Should have rested murray for at least first two games or maybe 3.maybe the nuggets would taken one outta 3.and with a healthy murray back the still could win it.but playing with a semi healthy murray is not good for murrays injury futurewise. Ans not supportive for a nuggets Serien win.but one thing i dont understand …giannis has a calf strain and cant play for more than two weeks. This is why I been saying for months that hunter Tyson should've been getting minutes if Minn is goin to have two Bigs on the court at all times we need to have max spacing as much as possible its not point of having defensively lineups with a team like Minn

The early run we had in the game was with Jokic, MPJ, KCP, Reggie, Justin is a good example of what it could look like with max spacing tyson and Julian can be player that we can use in this series imo Christian and Pwat shouldnt play in this series
For sure Denver will make those adjustments you just talked about. Makes sense. But gotta see how the wolves counter those adjustments as well.
