  1. I tend to glaze over when the details of the CBA come up but you managed to keep me engaged. Some of these rules are pretty ingenious. Thanks for the clear explanations.

  2. Love the new CBA. Well built and balanced teams are so much more fun to watch and follow than star heavy superteams that are poorly built

  3. They need some Free Agent Rules so Small Markets can compete. Oh yeah the NBA Players hate competition. And Silver and Stern Love the Lakers

  4. It's sort of weird that the other owners were so jealous of LA, Golden State, Boston, and others that they put even more penalties into the CBA for having star level talent🤦‍♂️. I guess they really are trying to be like the NFL and have more parody and less Dynasties (we'll just ignore Kansas City in that argument)

  5. It's a win for everybody besides middle class players and some "star" players.

We as viewers will get to see more competitive games and more so owners will see more profit because the game will be more entertaining, meaning more interest.

Players tho… they get the "short end" of the stick (still getting paid millions 🙄) because some players will believe they're worth more than what they're precieved and some may cause problems for teams, making team more reluctant to pay more money to players.

  6. Minor nitpick — Grayson Allen signed a 4 year 70 million dollar contract before the playoffs, so Nas Little is definitely not the Suns next highest paid player.

  7. These players are being paid all this money and they not even playing well, i won't lie this present basketball is so depressing

  8. Theae teams are failing for the same reason team USA keeps failing. They think you can stack a team with stars and just win. But they ignore the fact that it's role players who need to fit in and do the dirty work that push you over the edge. All these teams think they need 3-4 first that can score 30 a night, when in reality they need most of their team to be guys who dive on the floor or chase down the fastbreak or get the hard rebound in the critical moment. None of these high paid scoring machines do any of that. They all just want to jack up 3s all game and score meaningless points in blowout games.

  9. Always wil have big 3s dont let dumb media lie to you. Thats just headline. As long as champs have 2 allstars teams will think hard to have 2 and outbuild them so 3 makes sense

  10. That push back first round pick is because the warriors 😂 they got talent in the draft because they was injured and had a bad season but they was already salary heavy it wasn't fair makes since

  11. What you said about the Suns going into next season is incorrect. They signed Grayson Allen to an extension so he will be making close to 17 million next season. It isn't just Nurkic making a good chunk of change after the big three.

  12. God bless! Jesus Christ is King and saves and is the way! Psalms 62 – "Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken." Jeremiah 29:11 – "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

  13. The reason all these big teams are failing because you need more than just one or two players three players to win you need a team you can have the ball of your contest going to three or three players and then span or cross board and win for a long-term This is where the LeBron James style doing things doesn’t work in a long term. You need to have a core of five or six guys seven guys eight guys. To build around

  14. FYI the suns can trade their 2031 pick. According to bobby marks that trade rule kicks in at the end of the 24/25 season. The league wanted to give teams sometime to adjust to it

  15. Super teams can still work, But I swear GMs are dumber today then 10 years ago. You cant build a team with 3 players who all do the same things like the suns and the clippers!

  16. You made 1 mistake, from what I could tell – the Sixers did not have home court advantage against the Knicks, it was a 2-7 matchup.

  17. In other words, don't spend like drunken sailors, develop your own talent, and you should be just fine.

  18. Wow. Another talking head channel. I mean do you all have meetings and discuss what y'all can and cannot discuss in these videos. Talk about talking just to hear your own voice. Payroll has nothing to do with the lack of talent in the league right now. I find it funny that just because certain players only have like one or two rings their salary goes all the way up while their skills and talent go all the way done. It just makes zero sense that salary or the current CBA is even used as a talking point when it's more of an excuse. There is more to this than fucking money 🤦

  19. PLAYERS WANT TO GET PAID FIRST AND IF THEY CAN WIN A RING, FINE.
USE TO BE THE RING, PAY CAME AFTERWARDS.
THERE'S NO NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS OR OLD GREEN BAY PACKERS, IN BASKETBALL 😩

  20. GMs suck at their jobs and then when the team busts, everyone shrugs their shoulders "they had to trade for superstars, they didn't have a choice".

Well if they don't want the blame, they sure as hell don't get the credit.

  21. Just show u these billionaires and millionaires failed to predict future performance. Failures all of them. Had they hired me or someone with the skills we would have did a Process Capability Index analysis and got the results and known this would happen well before it happened and prevented it. That’s why you have Process Capability Index. To predict future performance through validation previous results. Each team failed, Warriors, Lakers and Suns. That’s not a coincidence. Had I been the owner of the Warriors Joe Lacob, Peter Gruber, Mike Dunleavy Jr and Steve Kerr would all be terminated. When shit falls down hill it started at the top first. After that players would be pulled in 1×1 to discuss expectations moving forward and that for the time being the Offensive coach would be the interim coach for now. I would walk into the manager quarters and verify Joe, Peter, Steve and Mike were packing up. After they out the building structure, leadership and authority is in the building. Steph u at point, Klay you at the 2, Draymond 4, Wiggs 3 and I’m hiring a true big in a week. Trades coming soon fyi. But before real change can come I need those 4 jokers out of the building. Weak men can tear a house down not for reacting but failure to act.

  22. I don’t know about those other teams but the Warriors are failing cause the rest of the league copied their style.

  23. Once these clowns who entered the league around 2008-2012 leave the game has a brighter future

These punks chose to join the best rather than try and be and beat the best

  24. How does a team not have at least one 1st Rounder every other year? Didn’t the Stepien Rule resolve that?

  25. Just got to accept the Face of the NBA has changed….Shai Luka Brunson Banchero Anthony Edwards …this is now the NBA

  26. I think you’re being unfair to the GSW. They paid their stars who are home-grown, have given them so much success, and are loyal. They built their team the right way instead of simply hunting for already-superstar players (the Durant thing was in the past, and you’re referring to the present time period so that doesn’t count).

  27. Building through the draft and allowing players to evolve their personal game while also building team chemistry without the WIN NOW mindset will be the new wave

  28. TEAMS ARE PAYING THESE OVERRATED PLAYERS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY
THE NBA IS TERRIBLE RIGHT NOW
    CROOKED REFS
EVERYTHING ABOUT LEFLOP THE GAME SUCKS 😢

  29. They don’t have patience in developing players who are drafted so they trade for old heads who end up being trash year after year.

  30. Because they have over payed, spoiled, egotistical, babies who have no real passion for the game of basketball.
