Might aswell already give Denver the W if he’s suspended.

    He’s the wolves best player.

  2. Winnes0ta

They gonna look at the towel throw right before it too? Guy was throwing anything he could get his hands on like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum.

  3. Obi_Wan_KeBogi

You have to suspend him. That is ridiculous. Literally put his own team just as in danger. Imagine Jokic slips and blew out his knee. He is so lucky no one got hurt.

  4. MLB_to_SLC

Oh wow lol. He’s actually gonna get suspended and it’s going to be hilarious because he totally deserves it. You can’t be throwing shit on the court wyd Jamal

  5. mebonesrattle

On one hand, I’d say no way it’s not a multi game suspension. You have to set a precedent for this kind of behavior. On the other hand, Adam Silver (brought to you by Fan Duel, official betting sponsor of the NBA – please bet responsibly) won’t allow a potential sweep so he will at least try to keep Denver competitive.

  6. this_place_stinks

They should give Minnesota the option to decline the suspension and allow him to play

  7. Ilikesporks_

for denver’s sake they should hope he’s suspended

  8. minneapolisboy

Malone enables this. Not just by denying seeing it, but by not benching Murray/telling him to get his shit together for his behavior in general. Dude is pouting more than Booker did lmao. And now he feels empowered to just do whatever. The refs deserve blame too. They haven’t given him a single tech for anything.

  9. Quality_Cucumber

Kind of stupid to punish him. He was just trying to place it back on the floor next to him but he missed and went 3-19.

  10. PlatinumPeasant

Wolves begging for just a fine because he is their 6th man out there.

  11. 0nMelancholyHill

I’ve been a Murray hater for years now I have a valid reason💯

Fragile mind, fragile body, fragile ego.

  13. texas2089

The childishness of throwing something is bad, then to double down makes it even worse. But the fact that he put players at risk for injury is what deserves an automatic suspension. His own damn teammate Reggie Jackson literally kicks it without looking at it and KAT was inches from his heel landing on it. If that had been thrown in half a second earlier there’s a good chance Reggie steps on it instead of his foot being under it to kick it. That type of behavior cannot be acceptable and they need to send a message that it’s going to come with consequences.

  14. Minnesota getting ready to appeal the suspension.

  15. Andrewski18

Here, I’ll review it for them.

Okay I’m finished. Yes, Jamal Murray did indeed throw a heat pack onto the floor.

  16. Beautiful-Chard-1152

If you dont suspend him for it dont suspend nobody for it, which sets a bad example, although in 35 years ive been watching nba ive never see this before

  17. GargoyleBlue

I imagine the ref union is pushing hard for a suspension

  18. HectorReinTharja

Lowkey the 3 days off between games is a nice potential wildcard for Denver to figure it out – with or without Jamal for game 3

  19. Designer_B

Damn hopefully Minnesota catches a break and he’s allowed to play.

  20. radikraze

This 110% deserves a suspension. Dude was out there being a brat because he was playing like hot ass

  21. mr_antman85

He has to be suspended. The precedent has to be set for something that hasn’t happened before.

  22. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a players image turn so quickly.

  23. Joeyfingis

This fucking sucks that he did all the bullshit with throwing items and making the money sign to the refs. He’s gonna get suspended and it’s going to take focus away from the fact that the Wolves are dismantling the nuggets with their play on the court. I’d rather we play Denver at full strength, we can take them, and the wolves deserve the respect and accolades of fighting the defending champs at full strength. I want a great series win or lose, not to win with an asterisk.

  24. StoneColdAM

Imagine if he costs Denver game 3 (and likely the series) because of that.

  25. ThatFunkyOdor

If he gets suspended plus Gobert being back….wolves by 40

  26. Got to at least be a game. That was some egregious shit.

  27. randomusernamegame

This is on this dude’s record now. Everyone will remember this meltdown. Makes the defending champs look so much worse.

  28. bigfootdude247

As it should be. Love Mal but he cannot be doing that.

  29. sanfranchristo

I wish everyone would stop wirting that he threw it onto the floor. When viewed in context of the towel throw, he clearly appeared to throw it at Davis. He needs to sit (and get fined for the money gesture).

  30. Briggity_Brak

Jamal Murray is a plant from the league to distract us from the absolute rigging of the Knicks game last night.

  31. Jagermeister4

Suspension should be no brainer. The only question to me is how long. I think it deserves a 2 game suspension more than 1. It’ll probably be 1 and I don’t think Minny or Denver would complain about it.

  32. imustbedead

The fall of drake and Jamal in one week? Thou is living deliciously

  33. BillyBean11111

It’s so brazen an act that I’m shocked how people think there’s any chance he’s not suspended.

  34. ShichikaYasuri18

At least he got his moral victories last round.

  35. I know its funny, but if someone slipped on that and got hurt, he would be suspended without hesitation for probably more than one game.

  36. NicPizzaLatte

We’ll never know, but I think that Marc Davis showing “incredible restraint” in not teeing up Michael Malone, contributed to this. In other words, if Murray had seen Michael Malone, get a tech for coming onto the court to yell at Marc Davis, I think he wouldn’t have thrown a towel and then a heat pad at Marc Davis. Letting people get away with shit has consequences.

  37. MrBigPipes

As a Nuggets fan. I agree with a suspension. It sucks but I don’t see it any other way. In 3 seperate instances, Murray threw a heat pad on the court, towel at the ref, and did a banned gesture at the refs. I feel like he knows he’s injured again and figured he wouldn’t be able to play anyway.

  38. thebiggestgamer

The Jamal Murray switch up is crazy😂. People were tweeting him being a 4 time champ with no all star appearances and now he’s being packed up and getting called a whiny bitch. If he didn’t hit those game winner against the Lakers the slander rn would be insane.

  39. AssassinsLament

You gotta wonder how smart this clown Murray is… if he was just trying to hit the ref with the towel and heat pack… what’s the purpose? No one would see it right Murray? I mean you’re only in front of 10 to 20k people, with hundreds or cameras. And if it actually hits the ref, like the ref is going to wonder where the towel and or heat pack came from? Like it magically appeared out of the blue right? On the towel throw, you could make a case that it was towards the ref, but the heat pack… he definitely tried to bounce (pass) it… So he was not trying to hit the ref, he knew if he slammed it hard enough on the floor, it would slide into the court. So this clown didn’t even care if it hurt his own teammates. So just because they’re down 0-2, the NBA should feel sorry for them? How different would it have been if Clown Murray had thrown a beer bottle or marbles, or a drink. This better be a suspension of you’ll have this happening a lot moving forward.

  40. PrestigiousTowel2

These guys including their coach were gloating all series against the Lakers. Funny to see them be the sorest of losers.

  41. SlightlyGayForReus

Maybe he can take the time off to hone his meditation routine because whatever he’s doing now sure isn’t working
