I disagree with this move. Jamal should be suspended. He should thank his lucky stars

  2. That’s not the kind of fire the team needs, show some grit, make the tough shots you’re known for, put the stank face out. don’t act a whiny high schooler throwing a tantrum and literally items at the refs. let’s hope this helps him pull his head out his ass.

Hopefully the guys got all the bullshit and frustration out of the way last night. Time to lock in and play through the physicality like defending champs

  4. IdRatherBeLurkingToo

Lol @ all of our fans calling for to be quartered and hung at the gallows

  5. LurkerFailsLurking

That’s a bad precedent. He should be suspended. What’s a fine to guys who make $30 million a year?

  6. Dudemanboo

Jamal got really lucky for not getting suspended he deserves the fine of course but I hope he learns from this and steps up in the next games. It’s weird how we’re not putting in the next two biggest guys in Deandre and Nnaji. Their shot blockers nnaji has had some memorable games this year with his blocks and he can actually shoot hope we come back from this keep your head up nuggets nation

That’s pretty lucky, people will be bitching about it like crazy

Thank you Adam silver for wanting this series to keep going for more $$$$

  9. thebrownmamba711

throwing objects at a ref during live play is allowed as long as you got the money

  10. Imagine Lebron or AD throw a towel and a heat pack and doing some dollar sign during their series with Denver and only got fines after that… I love Jamal though I hope the team man up, they are not themselves. Last year game 4 vs Lakers in WCF we faced bullshit calls and in your face level of defense and still fought and pulled through. Jokic doesnt seem right this off season maybe he is injured.

  11. Skinny0ne

What about the money gesture, Rudy got like $100k fine for doing that in the season.

  12. Successful-Ad-1194

Honestly was somewhat hoping he would get a game to sit. Rest whatever injury he’s got going and he can chill and support from the bench

  13. BrickfortBannerman

Idk, maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but the man should have been ejected, not suspended afterwards… Lets get over this bs and win the next game(s)!

  14. bradysego12

Hope this was the end of his pouting and bullshit. Lock in Jamal the team need you on Friday

  15. SuperDoubleDecker

Imo he should have been tossed that game. I don’t think it deserved suspension after the game is over.

I really do think the refs have been lenient partly due to how bad of an ass whooping that Nugs took in game. It’s like they think it’s been enough punishment for a while lol.

  16. Bandlebury

Really dodged a bullet here. He should have been suspended imo.

  17. Shenanigans80h

That’s honestly wild. I have to imagine he really sold the “it slipped” angle or the league is somehow giving him the benefit of the doubt. Craziness frankly, he probably should have been suspended.

I hope the team has a long conversation with each other followed by a long night in the gym so we can lock in and truly get our spark back

  19. internSam

Disagree with this, should probably have been a suspension.

However, the naive fan in me really wants to believe this could have been unintentional by Murray. Is there even the slightest chance that he meant to spike the heat pad but it got away from him? Probably not… the video sure doesn’t look like that, but perhaps he was able to play that angle to the league to avoid suspension.

  20. Ok_Image6174

I actually hoped he would be suspended. I think the Nuggets might play better without him on the court.

  21. Has a player thrown something in anger / frustration during a game before? This can’t be the first time this happened. Curious to know what the punishment for that player was if so.

  22. SilvioDantesPeak

He probably should have been suspended. Silver is the softest commissioner.

  23. Hatchet23

Jamal’s real punishment is he’ll have to suit up.

  24. LY_throwaway

The real punishment would be being on the court against the Wolves defense for 48 minutes.
