  1. The only situation that can hold LeBron accountable is if you have MJ as an owner, Pat Riley as President of basketball operations and GM, Pop as the head coach, Charles Oakley and Karl Malone as the assistant coaches, Jerry West as the team advisor, and Kareem as head of players development. That's the only way you can hold LeBron accountable.

  2. No head coach that coaches a Superstar is empowered over the player. Coaches got fired with Jordan, Magic, Kobe and other stars, but it's NEWS because it's Lebron James.

  3. Mark Jackson left the Joker off of his MVP list last year, he should never get any job let alone coaching job

  4. So the Lakers kept the same coach from the time Phil Jackson quit until the time the Lebron got there? No they didn’t

  5. ITS SIMPLE!. We have to stop clicking on the videos that has Lakers in the title maybe they would stop. But complaining in the comments is only helping LeESPN

  6. Lakers need to get young and bring in a coach/es that have both offensive and defensive skills. Lebron and AD will selectively play when they want to, that doesnt work and isnt fair for the rest of the players that play and try every day. Minnesota plays GREAT TEAM DEFENSE and will be a team to be reckoned with for years, dont see how AD and LeBron can beat this young team as well as OKC

  7. For the first time in IDK how many decades…..It's actually better to be a Knicks fan than a Lakers fan.

  8. The only reason that the Lakers head coaching job is not desirable is because of LeBron. The head coach of that team is basically a place holder and a scapegoat for LeBron when they don’t win.

  9. Preach Shannon. He's the ONLY one on ESPN touching on the heart of the matter. "Holding players accountable, despite their resume." But you can't criticize outright he who shall not be named. Shannon speaking in code, telling the truth, and not wanting to end up like Michelle Beadle.

  10. As a Lakers fan always thought it was weird that the Lakers hired rob Lowe as a GM he as no experience as a GM he was a agent that is totally different.

  11. They should just announce they're starting over..trading AD to chicago for picks, letting bron go, will build around picks, max, reaves..let the next decade belong to the up and comers

  12. There is no perfect coach for bron. He left the only reliable firm coach when he left spoelstra in Miami. He doesn’t respect his own coaches cuz he will always place blame on them when things don’t go right.

  13. Mark Jackson wouldn't take it if he didn't have full control anyway I do believe that's what Bron needs at this stage. Spo would be my next pick. Lue would be third and JJ last. Lakers should bring in guys like Tyrese Maxey Devin Vassell and Steven Adams with that dawg mentality… Move AD back to the 4, put Adams at C with Maxey/ Vassell at the back.

Get rid of Dlo/Prince and have Dinwiddie/Reeves/Rui/Vanderbilt/Hayes coming off the bench. That along with one of the coaches above preferably Jackson or Spo will be the only way the "Lake Show" is gonna broadcast anytime soon again.

  14. LAKERS’ ownership, the laughingstock of the NBA on how they are being fooled and their legs pulled by Richie Paul and James. 🤡🤣😝😂

  15. You can’t empower a coach who doesn’t demand power. Coaches that demand power are very few. Most coaches are like puppets.
