The stagnant offense that we saw all regular season, and that we continued to see in the playoffs is a problem endemic to our team. A different team losing in a different series, does not erase that. It does not alter history. And it does not resolve our fundamental issues. Foremost among them, is a team that does not believe in the system they're being coached in. Mike Malone won a ring last year with this team. How dare you compare what we saw from Frank this season, to Malone. Lying to ourselves is to our own detriment

Both Anthony Edwards & Jalen Brown are better than Devin Booker bcaz they give maximum effort on the DEFENSIVE end as well.
Happy for the wolves and edwards. They've had to suffer through some really bad front office management and seasons. They built their team specifically for post season success. They deserve to win it all. As for my suns, we need to consider that the roster james jones picked for frank vogel is filled with wings and finesse offensive players. Vogel is a defensive coach, yet he has a roster with no defensive players. The playoffs are about size and defense, with your perimeter players trapping and forcing turnovers fueling the fastbreak. We also need to find some kind of identity as a team. You want to keep the big three? Fine, whatever. You still need bench depth, size, defense and playmaking. I'd like to see the suns develop a defense like the old Seattle supersonics. We need those players aside from booker, beal and durant to do that. The draft would be the easiest path to achieving this.
