I would look at adding Brodgon or Simons from the Blazers for shooting and shot creation
A guard that can facilitate and a center that can protect the rim and get boards.
It all boils down to, we didn’t have enough offense. Franz and Jalen are a great 3rd and 4th option.
If I’m chasing a ring, Kelle, Harris and Ingles go. I then see if I can trade Cole, Jett, our 1st plus the Denver first to ATL for Trae Young. Bring back Harris.
Trae, Suggs, Franz, Paolo and Dell. That lineup could get buckets from anywhere.
AB, Harris, JI, Moe and 2nd round pick or Kevon Harris/Admiral.
In a pinch u can go back to this years starting lineup and now AB takes Cole’s role. What do we really lose other than Jett and his potential?
Realistically, Kelle nor Gary can stay on the court but if I had to choose, I keep Gary and let Ingles and Kelle go. AB, Jett and Gary could definitely be more productive than Kelle, Gary and Ingles. I’d understand them standing pat till the trade deadline.😢

It would be nice if we could snag a veteran shooter like Buddy Hield or Klay on a FL tax doscount. We still have Jett Howard developing. That would leave enough for a Malcom Brogdon.

Shooting and a good center that can get rebounds!! Cole Anthony is a better rebounder than Carter JR. That's why Goga is better playing with the starting 5, and he's part of the reason for the 9 straight wins.
Phil, could it not be argued that adding 1 'big money ' player on a shorter deal would be better than a couple mid level guys? We've seen from the playoffs that your team is as good as your best 8 players and also, I want to free up rotation minutes because we need to see what Jett and AB have

Keep the team together. Maybe Gary Trent Jr, Monk, or Thompson. No big trades that will break up the young developing core.
Just say his name with me ANFERNEE SIMONS!!!! Come on the kid is just 24 years old, he’s from the Orlando area AND he was named after Anfernee Hardaway lol, he was born to be on this team. In all seriousness he fits right in with the needs we have and the age range/timeline his defensive capabilities. Don’t bother me with the defensive team plays. He can fit right in and be OK. Plus I think he can even level up and be better than he already is here in Orlando. He’s not T-Mac but just like when T-Mac came back home he took another step.
