Shady is completely right. The job of an NBA coach is to hold the star players accountable, manage the flow and rotation of the game and make the non stars better.

He was doomed as soon as they traded Ayton, which I felt like, he was hired to help get the best out of him. He's a defensive minded coach with no bigs, traded Payne who could've helped defensively. And not a true PG to help facilitate the offense. He was set up to fail

The Suns are in need of a strong and experienced coach to guide the team, as they currently lack a clear leader.
Nobody plays defense….. and they hired the wrong coach for the wrong roster
Getting rid of Ayton, and CP3 turned out to be mistakes,as well as bringing in Beal. Allen going down in the series pretty much killed any chance they had against the T’Wolves.

The Suns and Lakers should go ahead and fire the coaches they're going to hire for next year. Rationale: Neither will get any farther than they did this year and last year…and the year before that.
And Acho, stop trying to find SOMEONE to blame. With TEAMS, it's not about the "one" WHO… its always more about the WHAT (culture and team).

Why are all the coaches getting the blame when it should be the front office taking the blame. GM needs to be held accountable, the coach can only do so much when yah have 3 max players and a depleted depth chart

LeBron got Frank Vogel fired in Phoenix. He couldn't guard Anthony Edwards and the Wolves. He's the coach, player, and GM of these teams. Vogel was an elite coach and just got scapegoated. He's a coach killer for multiple playoff teams. It's all on LeBron
