His strengths offensively are very similar to RJs but he’ll hopefully be a better defender. If his 3p% is actually going to be sub 30 in the league then he’s not a lottery talent, but if teams feel like his shooting can be improved he should be in that 5-10 range. I wouldnt be mad if we take him at 6 for his athleticism and defensive ability.

I’ll probably differ with a lot of people on this but Ron Holland and Matas Buzelis are not guys I want the Raptors to take.
I know Ignite was a failure but for two guys who basically had free reign they didn’t show enough.

If the raptors pick at 3 or 4 I can see them take a swing and pick holland. He’s should be in this range because of his ability to drive and be a POA defender. He does have top athleticism to hang with faster guards to punish them and the strength to stay with larger opponents. Shooting is awful but is still worth the risk imo. let him come off the bench or throw him onto the 905 to cook against weaker opponents. Also I’m going to speak it into existence, we’re gonna draft Sarr at 1

Too much overlap on the team. Sheppard, Risacher, Sarr, Buzelis, heck even Cody Williams would be better for this team

Would love the pick. Needs some work on the offensive end, but he’s only 18 years old, so development should be good. He’s a great poa defender, which this team could sorely use
