I mean the Knicks were 50-32 and the Suns were 49-33. The Knicks are in the second around b/c they played the banged up 76ers (47-35) as the 2nd seed, while the Suns had to go against the Wolves (56-26) at full strength. If the Knicks had to play the Wolves in round one it would have been the same story.
As a laker fan I really feel for Vogel. People tend to forget this is the same guy that took Lebron’s Heat to a Game 7 with his Pacers in the ECF back in the day. And he won us a chip in 2020. This roster was fucked to begin with. Just how ours was fucked when we acquired Westbrook in 2021. You can’t put this on Vogel. There’s a point where players have to take accountability. Suns also fired Monte Williams right after he won coach of the year…that alone says enough.

By why is it always him….dude be arguing the wrong point most of the time, then at the end his own submission contradict his entire argument. . . Mans argues it wasn't Vogel's fault then goes on to say he failed with a good team or to put a system in place. That's a coaching fault right there.

The whole Knicks argument could have been avoided if Josiah was doing his job as the host. All he had to say was the Knicks were 14-2 with Randle in the lineup after the Barret trade. Salute Rashad McCants for keeping it real about hard work. If you notice a player slacking off on defense or not pulling their weight, it's on them, not the coach. But, the coach should definitely give them a kick in the ass if they're not stepping up.
