[Ian Begley] Amid the discourse over fouls/officiating in Knicks-Pacers, league sources say members of NYK organization are upset with how Jalen Brunson is being officiated. Members of the organization feel that he’s being grabbed/hit up and down the floor and it’s gone unnoticed by refs.

Ya half the time they foul court pressure JB, it’s a foul.

see? we do our crying privately, like me in the applebee’s bathroom stall thinking about the current housing market and the war in gaza.

  3. Sadly, we are used to it. Can’t tell you how many times I used to yell at the TV as I see Jalen’s eye swell up

People are gonna clown this, but it’s true. Just playoffs though, can’t complain too much about it

man yall stfu pacers and knicks, this is the fucking playoffs. foul them fucks back and make sure they dont do it again thats it. its the playoffs ffs

We’ve been seeing this all year with about a 1/10 of the complaining you’re seeing from the bum ass sixers and then I’m ass pacers

2 can play at this game. Wish teams would stop bitching about refs and it wouldn’t be necessary for us to do this

I remembered thinking in the Sixers series that Batum was getting away with a lot, but watching McConnell/Nembhard guard Brunson is even worse. Those guys are *so* freaking handsy, but the refs just let it slide.

yeah and sadly the only reason we actually need to make a case for this is because every team we play cries to the league constantly. it’s insane how angry teams are at the fact that the knicks are good

Whether we hear it or not, thibs is cooking watching tape sending at least 50 plays a night he upset about, right or wrong lol

  11. Snuggle__Monster

It feels like most fans don’t realize that every single team in the league does this.

McConnell’s “great defense” is just slapping and holding JB for the full length of the court.

How many times did TJ wrap his arms around JB? I’ve lost count, but they don’t call that a foul. Indy gets away with so much and still crying, it’s pathetic

He’s getting mauled up and down the floor. No doubt. Despite what you might see on the screen hand checking isn’t actually legal again.

But he’s a short bowling ball of a guard who has a physical play style. And it’s the playoffs! Shits rougher. Fight through it or go cry on Twitter.

  15. Fuck yeah, if the 76ers and Pacers are going to file official complaints that lead to multi-day national media discussions then you absolutely have to counter like this. Not to mention there’s no player getting grabbed and held more than him

  16. That one play where it was a turnover for not getting across half court in time their was at least 3 obvious fouls. I couldn’t believe it in real-time but on the rewatch it was crazy
