I’m tired of hearing how Miami didn’t have this person. Miami didn’t have that person. Celtics fans do NOT care who they did or didn’t have. The fact that they didn’t have them is unfortunate for THEM. We couldn’t care less if they play or not. They all get sent home packing together. End of the day, Celtics advanced. The Cavs made the Celtic's defenders work, and Bickerstaff finally realized in year three, that Evan Mobley is talented, and that you can play more than 6 guys in your rotation.
Just because they don’t reach their full potential doesn’t mean it’s not a super team, when Paul and kg went to Brooklyn was that a super team? Yes and so is this Celtics team that is by far and ahead the most talented group in the league. They’re under coached and they don’t make necessary adjustments because they have so much talent they cake walk thru the regular season and don’t know how to respond when they get punched

Other superstars that have bad games, they never get this much trash
Cleveland shot 13/28 (46.4%) from three and had 60 points in the paint in game 2. They won’t shoot that high of a percentage every time, but they can make 13 or more threes again and have more attempts. They very well can duplicate their offensive game to a similar extent in this series.

Cavaliers vs. Celtics is an under the radar rivalry. Lots of big playoff games over the years. Cavaliers sent Bird into retirement in 1992, Celtics won in 2008 and 2010, sending LeBron to Miami. Cavaliers win in 2015 and 2018. Great moments on both sides… except for Kelly Olynyck trying to tear Kevin Love's arm off, and probably killing a Cavaliers title in 2015.
