If Dray is traded I will longer be a warrior fan. Any success warriors.have had is directly due to Dray. He knows and can play any position. His basketball IQ is superb.
Steph, Klay and Dray should only be separated upon retirement. Kat would be no help. Too soft

I don’t care what the offer is. I don’t see Minnesota trading any of their big names for anyone considering their success right now.
Would be much cheaper to go after Myles Turner or Nikola Vucevic.
Another ridiculous take. Anytime you take a player like this you take several steps back. I"m sure they wouldn't get rid of him now and it would be idiotic to try for him now when he is at his peak value. I'm sure they would get rid of Gobert ahead of KAT. To get under the tax I would trade Wiggs, CP3 and Dray for picks and a decent big who can get them at least 10 rebs and maybe a block or two per game. We don't need another superstar when you are trying to get under the luxury tax is your primary goal.

Sucks that the Warriors have no draft capital, giving those rights to the Grizzlies, since they didn't land on the protected lottery pick spot they probably hoped for. Now they gotta play the free agent card. I hope for their sake they dont resign Klay. If they do, they're not going to sniffing anywhere near the title. The only reason to even consider resigning Klay is if he takes a HUGE hometown discount (no more than 20 mil) or if Steph says he needs Klay to be in the team for his own mental sanity. Other than that, it would do Klay and the Warriors good to just separate from each other.

1. Resign Klay for 18-23 mil a year. He’s a bench player now but we know what he can bring offensively when he’s hot (emphasis on WHEN he’s hot)
2. Trade Podz+Wiggins for Kyle kuzma and cap filler. Podz looks like a true vocal leader and he may be able to change the culture in Washington with Poole and Wiggins known to play better together.
3. Try to nab Tyus jones and Isaiah Hartenstein. You’re cutting it close to the apron but Tyus isn’t going for more than 18 and neither will I.Hartenstein.
4. Bench Dray for kuzma and allow him to work with Klay off the bench and create for him. Steph doesn’t need Draymond to score and Steph needs to adjust in his old age and facilitate more when needed. Also as true punishment for dray’s behavior costing the team these past two years.
5. Moody and Kuminga will start the sg and sf positions. They can defend at a high level (Kuminga when engaged) and have shown the ability to score on their own. Trust that they can make further strides in their development to help Steph next year.
6. If everything goes well,

Bench: jones-Klay-gp2-dray-Trayce/I.Hart
Looney can get minutes potentially but he should try to commit to a Mo Speights role to help space the floor off the bench if we can’t get Hart in FA.
