I think the guy are missing the common denominator as it pertains to the Knicks freshness/fatigue/stamina – and it’s coach Thibs! He’s been had a reputation for overworking his starters🤷🏾♂️
Been saying on this forum for months that Thibs is nuts and it's obviously showing now. He is addicted to one way of thinking and doesn't care about the collateral damage to his players. I agree OG is hurt a lot…BUT…if you were him would you want to re-sign to play for this coach?? Look at Precious too. Dude stepped in big time for us and played 40 minutes a night during the season when we needed him with guys out…then guys come back and our mental coach forgets about him a la Obi. Precious is definitely good enough to be a regular rotation piece. And how long of a career do you think Brunson is going to have (see D Rose) under this guy. I am one of the biggest Knicks fans you'll ever see and I'm never giving up with these guys…they make us proud…but just sayin'………..
Sad part is before randle and og were injured they were beating good teams by like 15. Og is injury prone though and said this day trade happened
Everybody chill…. We took a breather this game… let’s see those young inexperienced boys come out and shoot like that when the garden is rocking next game and play like that again…the Knicks have done it time and time again , battle tested so everybody stop Trippin. This was one hiccup and the Knicks were due one of these with all the adversity they’ve played against so let’s cut them a break and get back on the train for next game we’re gonna be doing curb stomping in game 5.
As a bulls fan, love Thibs but his runs his starter to the ground. His team usually have a decent regular season but ALWAYS lead the league in most minutes and creates injury (he should’ve took d rose out of the game!) and now this Cinderella story might come to an end cause Thibs refuses to change his stubborn ways. These Knicks have a bright future but might need another coach to guide them.

Chuck is right. Thibs is risking career altering injuries to his players. He should take his chances with his bench players, give them 10 minutes to play like it's their last game with the team.

To everybody saying “This is what happens when you don’t use your bench”, 3/5 starters are bench players, and we are missing Bogie now also, somebody we brought in to bring that firepower of the bench. Who do you want on the court in these playoffs that hasn’t touched it? Sims? Daquan Jefferies? Jacob Toppin? All we have left now off the bench is 2 of the 3 between Deuce, Precious, and Burks since one has to start now ti replace OG. The statement that we don’t use our bench is absolutely crazy I don’t understand. If any of the players I listed got meaningful minutes in these games, we would have lost to Philly. Daquan Jeffries, Shake Milton, or Jacob Toppin getting meaningful minutes in the playoffs? Yeah aiiiiiiii 😂🤦🏽
Knicks have been winning with offensive rebounding. Thibs going with tiny lineups doesn't make any sense. Precious should play more. Thibs isn't the best coach. Good lineups fell into his lap due to injury. If everyone were healthy, Thibs would be playing Randle 40 minutes per night and starting Mitch Robinson over Hartenstein…and the Knicks would have lost to the Sixers.
