It would be nice to have a bench. Theyâre DONE!!! No OG. Theyâre done! This is the same thing that happened to the Chicago BULLs under the same coach đ€Šââïž
Injuries and depth might catch up with the Knicks? Game 5 is going to be a must win for NYK?
Love this show.
Some hoops analysis with no ridiculous unnecessary commentary. so happy a channel like yours exists.
Another team under Tibbs that falls apart come playoffs. Knicks management needs to ne stern with him. Or we won't win any more than Chicago did.
Thibideau: win the battle, lose the war. đ
Pacers actually outplayed the Knicks in Game 1 and 2. Knicks just out worked them and the crowd at MSG gave that extra boost. Knicks have a lot of heart
Funny when the Pacers win not a single complaint about refs but when they lost they whined and cried about them
To say Haliburton's Pacers embarrassed a team missing 60% of its starters and even a 20ppg bench guy is embarrassing. Have some context when you spread rhetoric.
Wow, the Pacers beat the Knicks bench, with an injured JB. Knicks are gassed and the Pacers have played two physically compromised teams in a row. Pacers are in for a rude awakening if they get past the injured Knicks. Pacer fans have every right to cheer their team, and they did a great job supporting them, but the Pacers strutting around like roosters is unbecoming
Had a dream that the pacers went to the finalsâŠâŠ.. but they were playing the sixers in the finals so maybe it means nothing
Mailbag q: Hey Jason, you talked about how it seems like the league is allowing more physical play since all star break. Do you think there is now a wider discrepancy about how refs are calling fouls game to game? Was wondering if you thought this has had an impact on wolves nuggets or any other series
can't wait for nuggets vid!
Come on. Brunson is playing hurt, Nesmith can guard Brunson cause OG is out. The Pacers are playing who is in front of them.
if pacers can make brunson go to his right ,, instead of his left all the time ,, pacers can win the series easy
Knicks offense watch Brunson dribble for 20 seconds. That offense is so horrible.
GIVE ME A BREAK!!! After reading the headline, I didn't even bother digesting the actual content because I'm certain whatever "insights" are provided are grossly erroneous and conspicuously "off the mark."
The Indiana Pacers are an inferior basketball team, that much is abundantly clear. Shame on the entire team and their fans for, in ANY way, ostensibly celebrating their victories in Games 3 and 4….
Let's keep it VERY REAL folks….ANY team that goes to battle with their best player at roughly 60%, missing THREE of their starters (one of which is a three-time All-Star & ALL-NBA player, the other an All-NBA defensive player & the most potent rebounder in the entire league, and the other one of the league's best wing defenders & double-digit scorer), and also missing their top offensive weapon coming off the bench, is going to have grave difficulty competing against ANY NBA team, let alone defeating a good playoff team.
Any person with a modicum of intelligence understands that Indiana is a much inferior team (vis-a-vis the Knickerbockers @ close to fully healthy), a team that is BEYOND LUCKY and rightfully carries the moniker "paper tiger.". They represent nothing more than simply a LUCKY team that now RELISHES the fact they're beating up on a severely wounded opponent. Given that reality, the team and their fan base should be ashamed that they've degenerated into talking MAJOR SMACK simply because they've defeated a team that, at best, should be playing in the G-league. I find this reality appalling and quite unsettling, which substantiates my contention that the Pacers have no heart or gumption, and are just a SPINELESS group of players. If anyone is being 110% HONEST, they know and fully understand they would not come remotely close to achieving the same level of play or success they've recently realized (particularly in games 3 & 4)…
The bottom line is…DON'T GET IT TWISTED…the Indiana Pacers are a gutless group that can only pound their chest ("Tarzan-like") when they wallow in the ultimate good fortune of competing against a G-league team, at best. SHAMEFUL FOLKS….ALL AROUND SHAMEFUL!!!
Game was over in the first quarter lol
The Knicks use losing two starters and two important bench players as an excuse. If the pacers played without Siakam, TJ, Turner and Toppin, they wouldnât have complained
mailbag: I see a lot of media and fans saying the hawks should and will take Sarr w the 1st pick. do you agree? to me Sarr is not someone you rebuild around or win now with. to me they take Cody Williams to replace whichever guard they ship out. they should also seriously consider trading both Trae and DJ (and not drafting Risacher by any means) to build around Jalen Johnson – imagine the haul they'd get.
Is this a pro Indiana show,I used to play ball and if they would offer me some big money no way will I play there
Mailbag question: hey Jason do you think that Lebron is a coach killer who doesn't take accountability cause I've been seeing this trend all over nba social media even with previous nba players like Byron Scott and Reggie Miller insinuating this
I definitely see Pacers and Nuggets winning four straight and close the series in 6.
Brunson is a poormans Derek Fisher but with way better offense the way he flops on every play and his back touches the floor more than the ball does! He is incapable of making a lay up without throwing himself on the floor! đ
The body and hand checking of Jalen Brunson is being allowed much more than usual. Iâve never seen anybody bump Jayson Tatum like that and get away with itâŠ
This is simply the result of a overworked team facing the deepest team in the league. You can't play 40+ minutes every night and think your team can survive, especially against the deepest team in the league.
Mailbag question:
Hey Jason been loving the playoff breakdowns, thanks a million. I heard you say should minnesota go after KD on your show with colin and I'm wondering do you think that bradley beal to the Twolves is also a viable option? I think he's a better fit with that team and a more achievable option for trade. It gives a wolves a second side creator and excellent 3pt shooter. As well as a fair bit younger than KD to fit more into ants prime.
Mailbag Question:
As a die hard Knicks fans, its tough to even ask this question, but is there any validity to the idea that we may need to replace Thibs to truly become a championship contender? Thibs has been the perfect choice for what we needed in 2020, he built a real team identity that we haven't had since the 90's. His entire coaching philosophy is basically do whatever it takes to win every single game and there's no one better than Thibs at turning a mediocre team into a very good team, but can he be the head coach of a team with true championship aspirations? It hurts to even imagine getting rid of him, but knowing the way Leon operates, I wouldn't be surprised if he was asking the same question…can Thibs win you a chip or is he the guy who builds up the team, but you need to bring in someone else to get you over the top.
Here we go with the unnecessary stats đ bro the Knicks are tired and the pacers just play waaaaaaaay too fast for them. ITS REALLY THAT SIMPLE
Mailbag: Who wins a 7 game series between the Knicks and the Cavs (assuming both are healthy)?
I wouldâve said Knicks in 5 or 6 before the post-season, but with Donovan Mitchellâs recent play it seems like more of a toss up.
Really appreciate the hard work and consistent content! Thanks!
