Being in the play-in game isn’t being competitive.

This team is going to be stuck in limbo until we move on from DeMar, IMO. I’ve posted about it before, but the Bulls were dead-last in just about every offensive movement statistic last season, while we were 3rd in PnR’s per game (Hornets and Pistons were 1st and 2nd). As long we stick with this DeMar-heavy PnR offense, this offense is going to be archaic, and the team isn’t going to doing anything meaningful.

The Bulls are looking to stay in basketball purgatory

Honestly I won’t watch them next year if they decide to roll the same squad out again. As long as they are top of the league in attendance and revenue they aren’t going to want to try and fix anything. What’s likely to happen is next year they’ll somehow piss their way into the 8 seed, lose their pick to SA and them get swept by the celtics. But hey, atleast they got 2 home games!

  5. Maybe they are just using the literal sense of the word. Sure all teams are technically competing to win the championship, some are doing a much better job than others. I am now seeing this as the Bulls will still be in the NBA next season…

Time to get hyped #SeeRed!!! /s

  6. So fucking stupid that we’re about to light a pick on fire for Jerry to line his pockets

  7. Fucking why? Please DeMar, go ring chase somewhere else so they have no choice

I dont mind signing deebo again but i hope its not that 2 year 40m deal that is rumored, if thats the case just rebuild instead or if they’re gonna keep him the squad better change drastically

This is the first step of a long, calculated plan. We’ll get back into the play-ins again, lose this time to the Hawks, somehow get the #1 pick, and then we’ll draft Cooper Flagg. In AKME we trust!

So frustrating just tear the damn thing down

This is why it sucks to be in the East right now. Our front office refuses to rebuild since making the playoffs is in the realm of possibility

  12. It’s so fucking hard being a fan of a team committed to mediocracy.

Boston, New York, Indiana, Orlando, Cleveland, those teams compete. What the Bulls do doesn’t even come fucking close.

    I’m tired boss lol

Just think guys — we could be the atlanta hawks of the 2024-2025 season!

Can people stop going to the fucking games already?

  15. I don’t think my mental health would be able to handle sending the 11th pick to the Spurs next year

Seems like the changes they talked about will be the staff and they just want to roll out basically the same roster.

Amazing work by the front office to hope once again that the same combination of players will magically yield a different result

Joke franchise. Guys like Wemby are going to rule the league for a decade+ and we trying to string together another year of old vets?
