A man can dream (my way of coping)

Not gonna lie if we bagged this dude and paired him with BBQ Dick and this years first rounder the rebuild is pretty much over and all we need is depth.

I think we’ll have a decent shot at him considering the entire west aside from the Blazers is about to be stacked. The east is weak but the Hawks are probably gonna be better, same with Pistons adding some more lottery talent and having bare cap space. Nets and Wizards are the only ones who look like certified ass and as we saw you don’t need the best odds to win the lottery.

I was salty at first but losing the pick and getting it over with is for the best considering that next years draft has multiple guys who would go number 1 this year.

Tbf either way if we were bad enough next year the pick would still be top six protected so if we go one whether we kept the pick this year or lost it we’d still have a chance to get him

  2. Don’t forget about all the other prospects next year. Khaman Maluach, Ace Bailey, AJ Dybansta, VJ Edgecombe, Dylan Harper, Dink Pate (funny name but with another year of development he’s going lottery for 2025), Nolan Traore, a 2nd year Zvonimir Ivisic, Hamad Mousa, 2nd year Hansen Yang.

Maluach is my favourite out of all of the 2025 prospects (especially since he’s also going to Duke), but next year’s draft is looking pretty stacked all around with potentially special prospects.

Flagg is destined to go to Washington (if they stay in Washington) the same way Khaman Maluach is destined to go to Masai.

Still think we going to be in the 11-14 range unless some injuries happen, this team is good enough for the play-in in the weak eastern conference

Imagine adding another sneaky-athletic type? Wow. Our team would just play the game the right way.

Yall think we’ll be bad/tank next year? I don’t think so.

Why are you dreaming about 17 year-old twinks?? nnnnnnnnn

As a raps fan from New Brunswick, it blows my mind that a “generational talent ” labeled prospect comes out of Maine and like a couple hundread kilometers from me.

He’s from a place I’m the middle of Maine and it’s got like a population of 5000 people. Just usually see the big prospects come from big cities or down south were you can play year round.

Guess with AAU it’s not really a big deal anymore

GMs are saying that teams value the 1st pick similar to the 7th or 8th pick in other years

Obviously there are gems in every draft but when the consensus is that this is a historically weak draft, it’s not too bad, maybe better even, to give up our pick in this years draft
