Honestly probably a 2nd round team, and that’s just taking into account prime Simmons

We don’t know how good prime Thomas or Claxton will be. Hard to tell. Prime Simmons was an elite passer and defender though so playoff team at minimum. Everyone else is kind of in their prime or just past it right now, so although the defense would be incredible, I don’t see them being real contenders.

a prime healthy simmons alone would put this team in the playoff picture. everything else would come down to what prime claxton and prime cam thomas looks like, and those guys aren’t at their prime yet.
